VÆN BV, established in Belgium, is responsible for the processing of personal data via the website aeonai.cc and the AEON platform.

2. What data do we process?

We only process data that you provide to us directly:

  • Name, email address, phone number and company name via the demo request form
  • Sector, team size and estimated administrative hours
  • Optional messages you send via the form

In addition, we collect limited analytical data:

  • Page visits and interactions (anonymised)
  • Technical data such as browser type and device (not traceable to individuals)

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your demo request and getting in touch
  • Improving our website and services
  • Complying with legal obligations

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on:

  • Your consent — when filling in the contact form
  • Legitimate interest — for improving our services
  • Legal obligation — for accounting and tax obligations

5. Retention period

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Demo requests are retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless a client relationship is established.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except:

  • Email delivery via Resend (processor, GDPR-compliant)
  • Hosting via Hetzner (processor, EU-based)

We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We only use essential cookies necessary for the operation of the website. No cookie banner is displayed because no consent is required for essential cookies.
